1. Agreement
By downloading or using InterviewGuru you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by Dahi Tech.
2. The service
InterviewGuru offers interview-preparation lessons and quizzes, AI-assisted mock interviews, a CV builder and an AI CV review. Content is educational. AI-generated feedback, scores and sample answers are automatically produced, may be inaccurate, and are not professional career, legal or employment advice. Outcomes of real interviews or applications are not guaranteed.
3. Account
An anonymous account is created automatically on your device. You are responsible for the device you use. If you delete the app or your data, your progress and content cannot be recovered.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the CVs, answers and other content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the features you request (for example sending CV text to our AI provider for review). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that contains other people's personal data without permission.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, its AI features or its credit system.
- Do not use the app to generate unlawful, discriminatory or harmful content.
- We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
6. Free features, credits and Premium
Lessons, quizzes and the CV builder are free. AI features consume credits: you receive a small number of free credits, may earn more by watching rewarded ads, and can purchase credit packs. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) that unlocks all lessons, removes ads and provides a daily allowance of AI reviews. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policy. Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable and have no cash value; unused credits are not refunded.
7. Advertising
The free version shows third-party ads. Where required we ask for your consent first; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its lessons, design, trademarks and software are owned by Dahi Tech or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial interview preparation.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features (including AI providers, credit rules and prices) at any time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost opportunities or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time from Profile → Delete my data. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Türkiye.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
